On this project I joined together two adjacent homes with this great room spanning the length of both. The room has three sections: a living room, sitting room and dining room.
The length of the great room is lined with picture windows and sliding glass doors to take advantage of the home's waterfront location. Custom oak trim was installed to give the room a rich look.
A client required a fence for their backyard to protect their toddlers from straying too far from the house. The client also wanted the fence to match the look and feel of the deck.
I built a picket fence which not only keeps the children safe, but adds value and beauty to the property.
This project found me having to replace the front stairs of this home. I replaced the old, decayed and unsafe stairs with an attractive and rock-solid set of stairs that will last.
For this project I tore out the kitchen's old cabinets and fixtures and rebuilt it from scratch.
I installed all of the custom fixtures and elements of this project, including cabinets, plumbing, garbage disposal installation, new sink and electrical outlets.
